Crispy, crunchy and sweet rosettes dusted with powder sugar!
Recipe:
3/4 cup four
1/4 cup rice flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
vanilla essence per your taste
pinch of salt
enough oil to fry the rosettes
Method:
Mix the two flours together add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and mix slowly add milk making a pancake like consistency. Heat the oil dip the rosette maker in the hot oil than dip it in the batter next fry the rosettes, when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
