Lo mein stir fried with lots of vegetables a delicious addition to your meal!
Recipe:
Sauce ing
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
2 tbsp waster shire sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic puree
2 tbsp soy sauce
Thai garlic chili paste (optional)
Ingridients needed to make the stir frky
Lo mein noodles
1 small onion sliced
1 cup pea pods
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 cup mushrooms
11/2 cup shredded meat
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup sliced bell peppers in colors that you choose
1 fresh orange juiced
Method:
In a big wok add 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil and saute the onions and pea pods, make sure you have your heat on high since you want to stir fry the vegetables on high heat. Next add the bell peppers, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms, shredded beef. Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl and add it to the stir fry, stir really really well lastly add the lo mein noodles with about 1/2 cup water let cook so it soften up now give it a splash of fresh orange juice and you are ready to serve it!!!
