Vegetable Filling:

Dough 1
3 cups all purpose flour
1 stick or 113 grams unsalted butter
1cup water
bind dough and keep it to rest for 20 to 25 min
dough no 2
1.5 cups of all purpose flour (maida)
1 stick or 1/2 cup unsalted butter
salt to taste
3 tbsp cold water
bind dough and keep it to rest for 20 to 25 min
Follow the video tutorial to make the individual dough balls, and roll them out as shown in the video above.
