A delicious layered dessert with fresh fruit and pound cake
Ing:
15 slices of pound cake
1 box coconut cream jello instant pudding
1 large box of jello instant vanilla pudding
16 oz container of whipping cream
1 cup pineapple tid bids
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
4 to 5 kiwis
2 mangos cut in slices
12 to 15 strawberries sliced
1 8 oz package of blueberries
enough milk to mix the jello puddings accord to package directions
Method:
In a big bowl add both the pudding mixes and milk, whip it till its thick than add the crushed pineapple and 1/2 of the cool whip and set it aside. Take a nice big trifle bowl and arrange about 7 slices of the pound cake on the bottom and start layering with the pudding on top than layer with kiwi, mangos, and blueberries. The second layer should start with more cake, pudding mixture, cool whip and strawberries. Garnish accordingly
