This is a healthy no guilt version of my fried chicken that is very much loved by my family, this can be enjoyed anytime of the day cold or hot.

2 eggs beaten1/3 cup hot sauce (Louisiana)
pinch of salt
Mix all the above ingredients well and keep it aside
2 cups of flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powderspray bottle with some olive oil to spray on the chicken before we put it in the air fryer
Mix all these ingredients with the flour
2 whole chicken cut and cleaned in 8 pieces with a total of 16 pieces
marinate this chicken with 1/3 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlicmarinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or over night
Method:prepare the egg mixture and keep it aside as well as the flour mixture and the marinated chicken, set up an assembly line and start of with taking the marinated chicken and dipping it in the flour mixture and then dipping it in the egg mixture then dip it back in the flour mixture and start placing them on a plate until you are done with all the chicken pieces. Take the chicken and line it flat in the air fryer basket and spray some olive oil on it making sure to coat the flour mixture, put in on 380 degrees for 8 min, gently turn the chicken over and spray the bottom layer with some more oil and put it back in for another 380 digress for another 8 min. After the second 8 min you want to check it and put it back in for the last 5 min. At this time bake it until your desired color and crispiness. This chicken should fall apart and be super soft and delicious.
