This cake super delicious and you can decorate it whatever you choose, the best thing it’s homemade with all the taste and none of the preservatives.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
11/2 baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup water mixed with
3 tbsp coffee
12 cup oil
In a bowl mix the wet ingredients consisting of oil, coffee, milk, vanilla, and eggs mix all these ingredients really really well and keep it aside.
Second bowl add the sugar and then in a sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa make sure you sift these ingredients and stir. Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir really really well until there are no lumps in it. Grease two 8 inch round pans and add parchment paper on the bottom and spray it again to insure that the cake will not stick to the bottom. Pop it in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean!
Chocolate MousseIng:
5 oz Ghirardelli chocolate chips
11/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
Melt your chocolate and whip up the whipping cream, once the chocolate is melted make sure you cool it down to room temperature then add the whipping cream in it slowly and fold the mixture making sure to not let the air deflate, add half of the chocolate mixture then take the chocolate mixture and add it to the whipping cream mixture and beat for about 30 seconds…
Voila it’s done!!
Next pipe it in a piping bag with a tip and put it in your serving bowl and refrigerate… It is ready to be served!
