Instant dokra that can be made in no time, perfect afternoon snack or a great appetizer!
1 cup soji
2 tbsp corn meal
2 tbsp channa flour
3 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Citric acid to taste
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp eno one for each pan
1/2 cup water
11/2 tbsp Lasan and aadoo
2 tbsp green chutney
1 cup yogurt
Batter should resemble a cake mixture
It should steam for 15 min

For the tarka or wagar
2 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp mustard seeds
6 yo 7 curry leaves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric
