How to make a quick home made white sauce
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of flour + 1 tbsp
3 to 4 slices of cheese
11/2 to 3 cups of milk (add milk until you reach a nice creamy texture)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Melt butter over med to low heat, once butter is melted go ahead and add the flour, let cook for a while until its cream in color at this point go ahead and add the salt and pepper to taste, then go ahead and add milk stir and make sure you have no lump in it use a whisk to break down the lumps so you have a nice and creamy sauce then add the cheese slices and stir make sure the cheese is nicely melted…..
