Recipe:
8 oz cooked spaghetti
1 tbsp of olive oil in the spaghetti
pinch of salt for the spaghetti
1 cup cooked shredded chicken can be substituted with shredded beef or ground beef (cooked)
white sauce (enough to coat the top) for this recipe please refer to my video on how to make white sauce
Shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
11/2 cup pasta sauce of your choice
sumak for garnishing
salt to taste
Method:
Once the pasta is cooked than transfer it to a baking pan or casserole dish, drizzle a little olive oil as that will prevent it from sticking, than start layering the dish with the pasta sauce, cooked chicken, white sauce, and cheese. Garnish with fresh pepper and sumac. You can microwave this dish or stick it in the oven on 350 until the cheese has melted!!!!!! You can choose to refrigerate it and warm it up whenever you are ready to eat……
