Super delicious crunchy snap peas and colorful yellow bell peppers with sesame seeds, a great accompaniment to a meat or chicken dish
Ing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tbsp garlic chili sauce our sambal
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 to 3 tsp soy sauce
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup yellow bell pepper
1 cup asparagus
1/2 cup sliced sweet peppers
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds for garnishing (optional)
Method:
In a big wok or flat pan add the olive oil, once it comes to temperature add the ginger and garlic and fry for about 30 seconds, then add the chili garlic sauce and black pepper as well as soy sauce, make sure that comes to temperature then ad the veggies and stir fry on high heat making sure the veggies stay nice and crispy. Lastly sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
