A unique flavor of sweet and sticky chicken that is delicious
Ing:
Marination for the chicken
1 whole chicken cut and skinned
1 tsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Sauce ing:
11/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
Method:
Marinate the chicken and keep it aside, put a pan on the stove and add the water, brown sugar, soy sauce and honey, let that come to a boil slowly for about 5 to 7 min, it should start getting thicker and sticky. In a baking tray, place the foil on it and place the chicken on it and put it in a 400 degree oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, take the chicken out and put it in your serving dish, then drizzle the thick sauce on it, and make sure you stir it well. Let it cool for a bit and it is ready to be served with a few sprinkles of white sesame seeds.
