Yummy bites of tandoori chicken on a stick
Ing:
2 cups of chicken breast cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp ginger garlic
salt
pepper
1 tbsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp Pataks tandoori masala paste
2 tbsp tandoori masala powder (optional to add color)
11/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 lemon
1 onion cut in 1 inch cubes
olive oil as needed to pan fry the chicken
sumac opt for garnish
Cover and marinate the meat for about 20 min or overnight
Method:
Skewer the chicken pieces on the bamboo stick alternating with the onions.
In a frying pan add the oil and once hot start pan frying the chicken until the meat is white on the inside. In the end sprinkle with sumac, can be served with cucumber, rice, french fries, mashed potatoes, salad or anything else you prefer.
