Vermicelli pudding with a pinch or Cardamom and Rose essence, a great ending to a wonderful meal!
1 tbsp of ghee or butter
1 cup colorful vermicelli
1/2 cup almonds
splash of rose essence
1 tsp crushed cardamom
12 oz evaporated milk
3 oz condensed milk (adjust per your taste)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup 2 percent milk
In saucepan add ghee or butter when melted add the vermicelli and roast until a little golden brown, next add the slivered almonds, and all the milk products, finishing it off with the rose essence, cardamom powder, and more almonds.
