A delicious pakora with cheese and green olives
11/2 cup white flour
water to bind dough
1 cup mozerella cheese
1 tbsp black pepper
1 cup chadder cheese
6 oz sliced olives
oil for shallow frying the pakoras
In a bowl that has the white flour add all the ingredients except the oil and mix well, than start adding water slowly to bind a dough that would resemble pancake batter. In a frying pan add oil, enough to coat the bottom of the pan, once hot drop the pakoras with a spoon and let it cook than once the bottom is done turn it over and cook it on the other side.
