If you haven’t tried these before, you are in a treat these are super addictive and delicious.

3 lbs raw peanuts
2 cups water
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup cajun seasoning (optional)
In your instant pot add all the water and the seasonings, cover and put it on sealing positions and set the temperature for 30 min on manual mode and let it slow release for 30 min. Caution! Super addicting!
