A super easy, super delicious, and super instant cheesecake that is going to make you a star of any party!
Ing:
2 9oz ready made crusts
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
8 oz cool whip
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup strawberry pie filling or glaze (optional)
fresh strawberries sliced
blueberries (optional for garnish)
In a mixing bowl combine the room temperature cream cheese with the sugar and mix it till it’s nice and smooth, next add the whipping cream and whip again for about 30 seconds just until it starts to fluff. Add the vanilla, sour cream, and lemon juice, beat till really smooth and until everything is really nice and smooth. Lastly add the cool whip and mix for 30 seconds and divide the mixture between two crusts and spread it evenly. Garnish with sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries. Put it in the refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the pieces to come out really nicely!
