Ing: 6 lbs of chicken wings cut in two
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic
2 tbsp Sambal chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp salt dried parsley for garnish
2 to 3 cups of oil to fry
Method: Clean and cut the chicken and make sure to keep it in a colander to get rid of any excess moisture. Start by adding the oil and all the spices except for the dried parsley. You want to marinate this chicken for at least 20 minutes or can be done over night for the optimal taste. Make sure and mix the chicken and marinade really well, if you are frying the chicken make sure and preheat the oil to 325 degrees, start by adding the chicken one by one making sure not to crowd the pan, then cover the chicken and let it cook for 7 minutes, after 7 minutes open the cover and turn the chicken and let the chicken cook for another 7 minutes without covering it, at this time it should get some nice color on it and will be ready to take out and put them on a paper towel to have the excess oil come out on the paper towel. Lastly Sprinkle with the dried parsley and enjoy with your favorite sauce.
If you are using the air fryer then add the chicken in there in one level do not over crowd the air fryer, set the air fryer at 360 degrees for 11 minutes, after the first 11 minutes turn them and put them back in for another 11 minutes, once the air fryer beeps the wings should be fully cooked. Sprinkle them with the dried parsely and enjoy!
This can be enjoyed with your favorite sauce.
