Ing:
3 lbs of chicken wings
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rice flour

1 tbsp baking powder
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp white and black sesame seeds optional for garnish
For the sauce
1 cup honey
1 cup sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp ginger and garlic
Bake for 30 min after 30 min turn it and bake it for another 15 min
Method:
Preheat oven and marinate the chicken with the above ingredients, put it on a rack on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven to bake, at this time mix the sauce ingredients and simmer it slowly till it gets a little thick, please taste the sauce and adjust it to your taste buds. Dip the baked chicken wings in the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
