This frankie roll is not only delicious but it’s stuffed with a very tasty chicken filling and a easy homemade sauce.
Ing:
1 large sliced English cucumber (keep aside till the end)
Marinade for the Chicken
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin and red pepper flakes roasted and grounded
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
2 tsp lemon pepper (optional)
Marinade the chicken and keep it aside for about 20 min
Dough Ing:
2 cups white flour
2 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
pinch of baking powder
1 1/2 cups water
Bind dough and keep the dough covered and set aside for 20 min
Sauce Ing:
1 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp yogurts
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cumin and red pepper flakes toasted and crushed
1 tbsp lemon pepper (optional)
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients really well and keep it aside
Method:
Make the parathas and keep them aside, next cook the chicken and keep that aside to cool down. While chicken is cooling down make the sauce and keep it aside as well, follow the video tutorial to assemble the frankie rolls.
Makes about 10 depending on how big you make the parathas
