Mushroom and chicken stir fried together with colorful crispy vegetables infusing all the flavors together for a very tasty meal!
Recipe:
2 cups raw chicken
Marinate chicken with
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 egg
Black Pepper
1 tbsp Corn Starch
Salt per your taste
Let marinate at least 20 minutes
For the sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Wastershire Sauce
Black Pepper
1 tbsp fresh chopped Ginger
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Corn Starch
Mix and keep aside
2 to 3 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 cup Bell Peppers red, yellow and orange sliced
1/2 cup Spring Onion ends
1 cup Carrots Shredded or matchstick
2 cups chopped Mushrooms
1/2 cup white part of the Spring Onions
1 cup Pea pods
Method:
Heat your wok up and add the olive oil, now add the marinated chicken and pan fry until a little more than half way done, once all the chicken is done keep it aside, now in the same wok add a little more olive oil and start stir frying the vegetables by adding the mushrooms and cook them down a bit, than go ahead and add the white part of the spring onions in as well as the pea pods, carrots, red bell peppers, orange bell peppers, and lastly the yellow peppers, cook it down just a bit where they are still crunchy than add the cooked chicken and mix, make a well in the middle and add the sauce until the sauce thickens up and all the ingredients is mixed really well, at this point shut your stove of and garnish with the ends of the spring onion and serve!!
