A very healthy chicken dish with fat free sour cream and yogurt my family’s favorite!
Recipe:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups boiled shredded chicken breast
3/4 cup spring onions chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Dried chives for garnish
Sumac (optional) for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a saucepan until hot, add the spring onions and let saute until a little soft than go ahead and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce let the mixture cook for about a minute than go ahead and add the shredded chicken and mix. Lastly go ahead and add the sour cream and yogurt and mix well, sprinkle with black pepper and let boil once and enjoy. This can be served with white, or brown rice!
