2 Cups of oil for frying Yeast Banana Fritters
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tbsp powder sugar
1 tsp yeast enough warm water to make a pancake like batter
1/2 tsp cardamon powder
3 or more bananas Leave it on the counter to double in size NO Yeast Banana Fritters
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp cardamom powder enough water to make a mixture that is a little thinner then pancake batter
4 or more ripe bananas or until the mixtures finishes

Method: Once the dough has risen then cut bananas in slices about 3 to 4 milliliters in thickness and put them in the batter and fry in oil that is on med high. Finish frying all and let the cool down completely before you sprinkle with powdered sugar . For the no yeast banana fritters let the dough sit on the counter for about 15 minutes before you fry them, cut them the same thickness and deep fry on med low heat until golden brown, transfer on a pan lined with paper towels to get rid of access oil. Make sure and let them cool completely before you sprinkle them with powdered sugar. These can be enjoyed alone or even with a bowl of ice cream.
