Definitely not your boring pasta, packed with healthy vegetables!

2 tbsp of canola or olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp of pomegranate flavored balsamic vinegar
2 cups rice noodles boiled
1 cup celery
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup yellow bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
1/2 onion sliced or chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup spring onions chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger and garlic
1/4 tsp habanero chutney
1/2 fresh lime juiced
Method:
In a saucepan add the oil and let it heat, add the spring onions, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and the celery saute all these vegetables for like two minutes on high, at this time go ahead and add 1 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic, sesame oil, and habanero chutney, make sure that this is mixed really well. Then next thing you want to add is the soy sauce, black vinegar, balsamic vinegar sweet chilli sauce. salt and the noodles, shut the stove off because we don’t want to overcook the vegetables. Take two spoons and toss everything together really well, make sure to do a taste test to make sure all the flavors. sprinkle with half fresh lime, and enjoy!
