Preheat oven to 425 F
1 whole chicken cut and cleaned (8 pieces) put slits in it
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp tahini paste
2 tsp dried mint
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
Method: Cut and clean your chicken and prepare the above marinade ingredients and mix the chicken with the marinade. Mix the above marinade really well and give it a taste test and make sure the taste is accord to your pallet. I save about 1/2 cup of marinade as my kids love to dip the chicken in the marinade, you can either do that or use al the marinade. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes or over night. Stick it in the oven and turn it in after the first 15 minutes once the second 15 minutes gets done then turn your broiler on and let it brown for about 2 minutes or until the chicken is nice and chard. This chicken can also be done on the barbecue grill.
