Super easy and delicious rice mixed with ground beef and given a natural smoke right in the comfort of your kitchen!

1 tsp turmeric
7 whole cardamon pods
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp garam masala
7 cloves
1 tsp black pepper
2 red dried chili peppers
1 stick of cinnamon
2 tbsp garlic chili sauce
2 tbsp of tomato paste
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon pepper (optional)
2 cups cooked ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
4 large potatoes cubed and fried and seasoned with salt and pepper
1.5 cups ready made fried onions
4 to 6 cups of cooked day old rice
1/4 cup water
to smoke the rice you will need
1 charcoal
small piece of foil
1 tsp vegetable or canola oil
In a big pot add the olive oil, let that become nice and hot next add cinnamon, dry red peppers, cloves, cardamon pods and the 2 tbsp of tomato paste. Stir this well and let it cook for about 2 min and the mixture has darkened a little next add the 2 tbsp of chili sauce. Add the cooked ground beef and add salt to taste, black pepper, lemon pepper, garam masala, cajun seasoning, and turmeric, make sure and mix this mixture really well. Once mixed add the store bought fried onions and potatoes. Mix this mixture really well until all the ingredients are incorporated well with all the spices. Lastly add the cooked rice, gage how much you want in it, you choose to have more of the ground beef mixture then the rice, add less ground beef.
Make sure and do your taste test and adjust the spices that suits your pallet. Add the water and cover until ready to eat. before serving smoke the rice.
