A blend of yummy fruits and chia seeds with no sugar added!
Ing:
2 frozen pieces of pineapple
2 frozen pieces of watermelon
1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen nectarines
1/2 of a mango
10 almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds soaked in water
8 to 10 oz of zola coconut water
Method:
Put everything in a blender and blend it until nice and smooth, top it of with chia seeds and enjoy!
