No guilt amazingly delicious healthy chicken that is grilled to perfection!
Ing:
2 whole chicken cut and cleaned approximately 16 pieces
Any part of the chicken can be used
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp kissan tandoori masala powder
2 tbsp paprika
Method:
Clean and drain all the water from the chicken and keep it aside, in a separate bowl mix together the ginger and garlic, sour cream, lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, tandoori masala, paprika, and salt to taste. Pour the marinade into the chicken and mix it really well, once the chicken is mixed really well keep it covered in the refrigerator for 3 hours to 24 hours, depending what your time permits. Grill this chicken on a preheated clean grill, the temperature on the grill should be between 350 to 400 degrees. Oil the grill grids and place the chicken on the hot grids, grill the chicken for 14 min it should be 7 min on each side.
