A great grilling idea using tender pieces of chicken marinated in a spicy tandoori masala and grilled to perfection!
11/2 pound of chicken breast diced in 1 inch pieces
7 to 10 skewers soaked for about 20 min
1 bell pepper 2 inch pieces
1 onion cut in 2 inch pieces
Marination for the chicken
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
salt to taste
Soak your bamboo skewers in water for at least 20 min then wash and cut the chicken, marinate for about 3 hours. Skewer the chicken and onion as well as the bell pepper in a pattern and keep aside. Preheat your grill at 400 degrees and lay the kabobs on the grill for about 6 min turn on the other side and grill for another 6 min or until the meat looks white. Serve with some lime wedges and enjoy!
