This is the most delicious mithai, or fudge with an overload of walnuts and the simplicity and just the thought of it getting cooked on it’s own in the oven, it is a must try!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ing:
My version of the recipe
1/4th cup butter or 1 stick
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups chopped walnuts (reserve 1/2 of it for garnishing)
2 cups half and half
1 tsp crushed cardamom powder
pinch of salt (I forgot to add it)
Method:
In a oven safe pan or an aluminium pan add melted butter and start mixing the rest of the ingredients, make sure everything is combined really well and there are no lumps then put it in the oven. This is going to take between 1 hour to 11/2 hours, make sure you take it out and stir it every 10 to 15 min until it is a dark brown color. Once it is done take it out of the oven and pat it down with a spatula and sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on it…..
Enjoy!
