1 9 lb turkey
1 stick unsalted butter
8 tbsp or 1/2 cup
3 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
3 tbsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
3 tbsp paprika
Method: Mix everything really well and spread it over the turkey and let the turkey marinate overnight. Next day fire up the air fryer and follow the instructions in the manual to practice all the safety measurements. It takes about 10 minutes per pound to cook the turkey but mine took more then 2 hours and I think it’s because the temperature outside was very cold.
