Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
This is my favorite way to make a turkey, it easy with simple ingredients and the clean up is super easy!
No preheating needed for the roasting oven, I baked mine at 350 degrees and it took me 3.5 hours
1 onion cubed
1 lemon cubed
1 lime cubed
8 tbsp unsalted butter softened
4 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
1 to 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
4 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp salt to taste
Clean the turkey and take the bag out with the gizzards and wash it down well, pat it dry and assemble the marinade ingredients and marinate the turkey for at least a couple hours or over night. Google the weight of the turkey and it will tell you the time and temperature needed to bake the turkey. Cover the wing tips with foil and make sure to remove the thermometer before serving.
