How to cook spaghetti squash and make a colorful stir fry and enjoy a healthy guilt free dinner…
Recipe:
1 half cooked spaghetti squash
1 tbsp of olive oil
fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup tri colored bell pepper
1/2 pear juvanilled
1 small onion juveniled
fresh cilantro
salt to taste
pinch of pepper

Method:
Add olive oil in the pan once it gets hot add the onions, stir fry for a little bit and than go ahead and add the bell pepper, pear, fresh lemon juice and turn of the heat. Chop the cilantro and add it to the stir fry mix and add the squash, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and serve!!! Remember to garnish with more fresh cilantro, paprika and dried parsley!!!!!
