Soft homemade rolls filled with the best ingredients like cheese, jalapenos and pepperoni, kids loved mother approved!
Preheat oven at 375 degrees
1 pkg rhodes buns or bind dough with tandoori roti recipe

64 pepperonis
32 jalapenos
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 egg beaten (to be brushed on top of the buns before baking)
oregano (optional for sprinkling on top)
Start by putting the rhodes buns out for an hour or until just a little soft, then roll the dough to about 3 to 4 inches and fill with with pepperoni, jalapeno, pepperoni and cheese, close the dough so it looks like a roll, let it poof for about an hour lastly brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano and bake for about 12 to 15 min or until golden brown.
