My favorite comfort food, great on a cold winter night!
2 cup Yuka or Cassava
1 cup Meat
2 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Milk
1 Tomato crushed
Salt to taste
Fresh or dried Parsely
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Green Chutney
Method
In a pot add the mogo, tui, and give it a good stir, next crush the tomato and add that to the mogo mixture, than go ahead and season with salt according to your taste stir and cover about 20 min or fork tender. Once the mogo is fork tender go ahead and add the meat, lemon juice, green chutney and milk give it a good stir and cover another 15 to 20 min until mixture is nice and soft. Do a taste test and adjust taste to your liking, garnish with fresh or dried parsly flakes and enjoy!!
