This homemade Nutella recipe is super easy and the best thing about it is it’s sugar free and healthy which make it even better than the original. Smooth, rich and silky with all the hazelnut flavor. You will find every excuse in the book to eat it and not feel guilty.
3 cups peeled and roasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup Lilly’s chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powdersalt to taste

Method:In a bowl add the coconut oil and chocolate chips and melt it, in a blender add the hazelnuts, melted chocolate chips and coconut oil mixture, cocoa powder and a dash of salt, blend the mixture stopping it now and then, you want to blend this mixture until it is completely free of any grainy mixture. Refrigerate for about 5 hours and it will solidify, when ready to eat always take it out 5 minutes early. This goes really well with my low carb bread.Makes about 16 ounces, I decided to put it in two 8 oz mason jars.Enjoy!
