This dokra uses yeast!
Recipe:
Mom’s best Dokra recipe
1 cup chick pea flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
5 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric

Tarka or Wagar
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
4 to 5 curry leaves chopped
1/2 tsp garlic and ginger
Mix the dokra ing and let rise, once it rises do the tarka and add to the mixture than steam for 15 min or knife inserted comes out clean!
