This is a super delicious beef recipe which is super easy to make and tastes amazing!
Ing:
Fruits and vegetables on the bottom of my dish
handful of baby asparagus
1 not so ripe mango sliced
1 green apple sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper cut in strips
1/2 orange bell pepper cut in thin strips
Marinate 2 lbs of sirloin in thinly sliced srips of meat with
1 tsp ginger and garlic
2 tsp of soy sauce
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
let this marinate for a couple hours in the refrigerator
Ing for preparing the dish:
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce ing:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp tamarind juice
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lime juiced
Method:
Stir Fry the vegetables in a hot pan starting with a little olive oil followed by the bell peppers, asparagus, apples and mangos, finish off by adding the lime juice and lemon pepper and place it on a big platter. In the same pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil and add the beef pieces and cook it until it is browned on both sides and it is fully cooked. Once the beef is half cooked add the ginger and garlic, paprika, black pepper, and the chili garlic sauce cover and let it finish cooking until tender. Next mix the sauce ingredients in another container start with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, tamarind, and a splash of lime juice, mix all these ingredients well and keep it aside. Once the meat is cooked add the butter in it and let it melt with the other ingredients and lastly add the prepared sauce, let the sauce bubble up and get a little thick and place the beef pieces on top of the vegetables. You can keep the sauce aside and let your guests sprinkle as much of the sauce they want on top of their dish!
