Soft and chewy granola bars that are homemade and a perfect addition to grab and go breakfast!
Preheat oven at 400
Ing:
2 sticks butter melted (unsalted butter)
four cups oats
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp dark corn syrup or molasses
cooking spray for the tray
Method:
In a saucepan melt butter and add the sugar, light corn syrup, and dark corn syrup or molasses, mix and bring to a boil. Once the mixture comes to a boil add the oats and stir making sure all the ingredients are incorporated really well. Pour the mixture in baking pan and bake it for 8 to 10 min. Flex seed is completely optional and the amount is also up to you! Cut into desired squares while still warm!
