This fehttuchini is layered with cheese, ground beef, pizza sauce and white sauce. Not only is it full of flavor but super easy to make.

preheat the oven at 375
Ing:
Make white sauce or cheese sauce (keep aside)

Boil one pound of fehttuchini pasta (run under cold water and add 1 tsp of olive oil to prevent sticking) keep aside
1.5 pounds ground beef
1 small onion chopped in tiny pieces
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 lemon pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp cajun powder
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 cube knorr beef bullion
1.5 cups of cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
2 14 oz bottles of pizza sauce
Method:
Prepare the cheese sauce and keep it aside. Boil the fehttuchini pasta, drain and run it under cold water, add olive and and mix the pasta well so your pasta does not stick, keep this aside. Star with placing the ground beef in a large pan and cook it on med heat stirring all the time to avoid large clumps, once all the juices evaporate then dissolve the beef bullion in a tbsp of water and crush it. Next add the dissolved beef bullion, ginger and garlic, as well as all the spices and the dried parsley flake, stir this really well making sure all the spices have mixed with the ground beef. At this time you will have am amazing aroma floating around in the kitchen. Add the onions and cook it just until the onions are translucent. Shut the stove off and let it cool. Once you have all the components ready, take a 9×13 pan and start layering the pizza bake with half of the fehttuchini pasta, 1 jar of pizza sauce, half of the ground beef, half of the shredded cheese, more fehttuchini noodles, pizza sauce, ground beef, cheese sauce and lastly more cheese. Stick it in the oven for 30 min or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
