3 tbsp unsalted dairy free butter
3 tbsp gluten free flour
1 cup almond milk salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method: In a sauce pan start by melting the butter then add the gluten free flour in and cook this mixture until you see the color change a bit next add the almond milk or any milk of your choice and whisk it really well making sure it’s completely lump free. I ended up adding more milk to because the sauce was a bit too thick. Add salt and pepper, at this time you an also add dairy free cheese in there if you like.
