A delicious tender and very delicious rib eye steak grilled to perfection!
2 lbs rib eye steak
1 tsp meat tenderizer
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp of cajun seasoning
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp black pepper
In a big bowl clean, wash and cut your steak pieces, start by adding the ginger and garlic, meat tenderizer, black pepper, lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, chili powder, paprika, salt, oil and the sour cream, mix everything really well so all the ingredients are incorporated together thoroughly. Marinate the steak for about 3 hours to overnight. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and oil the grill grids and put it on the grill, grill each side of the steak for about 7 min on each side…. This can be served with a fresh salad!
