A quick tutorial on how I boil my chicken and shred it for those days when I just want have readymade shredded chicken in my freezer.
Ing:
Chicken as much as you like
Ginger and garlic
Salt
Pepper
Water (very little as the chicken will also release natural juices)
Method:
Marinate the chicken for about 20 min or even overnight, put it in a pan big enough for the amount of chicken you have, at first cook it until you see that it is white on both sides, next cover the chicken and check every 5 min, as soon as you see that it is white on the inside turn the stove off and leave it covered till cooled. Shred it and use it or freeze it. This cuts a lot of time on those days you are scrambling.
