There is nothing like homemade, this chicken is soft and very flavorful and I can assure you when you make the sauce, you will be eating home a lot. 1 onion cut in two (for baking the chicken in the oven) Bamboo skewers (for making a tower for the chicken)
1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders
2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sambal or chili sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper
Marinate the chicken with this marinade for 20 minutes

flat chicken marinade:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cinnomon
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice
Marinate the chicken with the second marinade and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes

Homemade sauce
ing: 4 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp tahini sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sambal chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp ginger and garlic fresh puree
1 tsp black pepper salt to taste

Method Wash and cut chicken, pat dry and marinate the chicken with the first marinade. Flatten the chicken and marinate with second marinade and let it sit for at least 30 min. Turn oven on to 400 degrees, bake the chicken until it is white inside, it should cook for a good 35 minutes. I made my pitas at home as well
