This is an Easy African dish that is super delicious, soft, and spongy on the inside and a delicate crisp on the outside. Goes great with any meal and a cup of tea!
Ing:
Vitumbuwa
3 cups (soaked overnight and drained)
2 cups coconut milk ( between 14 to 16 fluid oz)
12 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
Cardamom powder per your taste
Enough oil to put in pan to prevent sticking and drying out
Method:
Blend in a blender till nice and smooth then let rise and make them in the pan!
