Ing:
1 16 oz can of chickpeas
1/2 zest of a lemon
1/2 of a lemon juice
6 tbsp banana pepper juice (optional)
4 tbsp tahini
3 bulbs garlic puree or
2 tbsp fresh garlic puree
2 tbsp olive oil salt to taste
4 to 5 olives with pits for garnish (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil for garnish (opinoal)
Method: In a food processor add the first 8 ingredients and blend it so it’s really nice and creamy, once that is done transfer to a serving dish, top with olive oil, olives and sprinkle some paprika. Enjoy with pita bread, pita chips or have it with my shawarma plate.
