Preheat oven at 350 degrees Farenheit

2 lb salmon (wild caught no antibiotic)
2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp paprika salt to taste
2 tbsp keri gold butter sliced thin (you can use any butter you like)
Method: Wash the salmon and pat dry, next add half of the ingredients mentioned above for the top and bottom of the fish except for the butter. Add thinly sliced butter on the top and stick it in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out and slice it and top with sliced lemon juice and if you like you can zest some lemon on top to add that extra punch of taste.
