Toppings of your choice all rolled up in a flakey pastry with cheese, it’s a sure big kid as well as little kid pleaser!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Ing:
1 egg for egg wash and closing the roll
1 sheet of pastry dough (ready made or store bought)
pizza sauce
fresh spinach
shredded chicken
chopped yellow peppers
chopped red bell peppers
dried oregano
dried basil
chopped jalapenos
cheddar cheese
fresh mozzarella cheese
Method:
Thaw the pastry sheet and roll it out to 12 by 12, start with the pizza sauce then add all the toppings of your choice. Put the egg wash on the sides and roll into a tight roll. Cut it into desired width and place them on an oven safe tray. Brush the rolls with the egg wash and stick them in the oven and let them bake for about 15 minutes or until light brown and flakey. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
