Ing:
9x 14 dish for putting the bars on
Spray to put on the dish to avoid sticking
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
14 oz sweetened coconut flakes
40 caramels melted over a double boiler
2 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cups toasted pecans chopped
1 cup toasted almonds chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 to 2 cups melted milk chocolate
Method:
Start of by greasing the pan and keep that aside. In a big bowl add the graham cracker crumbs followed by the coconut flakes, stir the ingredients really well, next add the two tins of condensed milk and mix the mixture until it is all combined and comes together. Layer this on the dish and press it down, next add the melted caramel, your choice of nuts and lastly drizzle it with as much melted milk chocolate as you like. Let the bars completely cool down and the caramel to set before you cut and enjoy!
