This is a super easy and delicious seekh kabab that have just the right amount of spice, although these were not spicy you are welcome to add the spice of you choice.
Ing:
2 lbs of ground beef (washed and drained)
1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 onion chopped very small
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
3/4 tsp cumin powder
3/4 tsp coriander powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper
Method:The ground beef has to be completely dry to get the optimal results for this kababs. Add all the ingredients listed above and make sure and mix this mixture really well making sure to incorporate all the ingredients completely. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take it out and take a kabob skewer or a thick straw which I used in the video above, start with putting a little mixture and add on and make a good 6 inch kabob and place them on a plate till you have them all done. If you are using an oven then put it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 5 to 6 min, take it out check to see if they are cooked, turn them around and cook the on broil for 2 min keep a close eye on it as for them not to burn. If you are using an air fryer then put them on 400 degrees F for 5 min, once they come out check if they are cooked through, you can put them back in at 400 degrees for another 2 min for color. These can be enjoyed with any paratha, roti, tortilla salad, and chutney of your choice.Enjoy!
