Want to dress up leftover dokras well I have got just the thing, this recipe is for sure going to be a crowd pleaser!
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups leftover dokras
1 cup spring onions chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander
pinch of turmeric
pinch of salt
pinch of citric acid
11/2 cup of desiccated coconut
In a sauce pan add the olive oil and add the spring onions, once they are frying up a bit go ahead and add the coconut and stir well making sure it does not burn then go ahead and add the salt, citric acid and turmeric, mix all the ingredients really well then add the dokras and the chopped coriander and enjoy!
